Below outlines our communication strategy, store polices, shipping & return/exchange Terms and Conditions

  • What are your processing and shipping timelines?
    Our company focuses on 3 primary methods to process and fulfill orders. 1. Ready to Ship 2. Customization and 3. Print on Demand. With this in mind, here is our list of approximate shipping windows for you to receive your order. ​ 1. Please note, where it says (Print Provider) - this indicates an item shipped directly from our printing partners straight to you. Example: Wall Art 2. Also note, where it says (Email) - this indicates a customized digital item sent directly to your email address and not a physical shipment.   • What about Shipment Delays?
    This is never fun. Once an order has shipped, companies and clients rely heavily on carrier services to deliver as routinely expected and are always hopeful that there'll be no hiccups along the way. We want to be transparent about carrier delays being completely out of our control and being unable to offer refunds for both product and shipping costs associated with carrier delays. Delays are often due to transit issues, mechanical issues, weather interruptions, the list goes on. We are here to help in the most reasonably accommodating way we can by tracking and monitoring the package's progress as well.   • How long before I receive my order?
    We utilize most carriers to ship orders. This may be USPS, UPS or FedEX. USPS: ground advantage UPS: ground FedEx:
  • My order was lost / unsuccessful delivery. Now what?
    We will do our best to contact the carrier to get more information. Undeliverable statuses can be a result of a wrong address entered at time of purchase or lack of access / entry to the delivery address. It is helpful to please provide a phone number when checking out which can be useful information for the carrier on day of delivery. They may need information such as an access code or building number etc. ​ Lost/ Missing statuses can be a result of mistaken delivery to a neighbor's door, lost in transit during carrier facility / truck changes etc. ​ Again, we will do our best to locate however, beyond that there is very little we can do. In this case, it is always best to file a claim with the carrier which we can do as well. If the incorrect address was accidentally entered during checkout we will reship your order. You will be billed for shipping. Tips to prevent unsuccessful deliveries. Please check and recheck the address portion of your checkout, to ensure all information is as it should be. ​
  • Where do you ship?
    At this time, we ship within the USA.
  • Something arrived broken and I need assistance.
    It is our aim to ensure orders are packed with care and caution. In the event of a damage in transit, please email us so that we can resolve.
  • What is your response time to social media messages and email communication?
    Please allow 12 - 24 hours for a member of our team to reach out to you.
  • What is your return / exchange policy?
    Due to the custom nature of our store and the many products that are tailored to suit your individual needs (including gift boxes) - all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, cancellations or exchanges.
  • Am I able to exchange/ return a product that I ended up not liking or needing?
    At this time, we are unable to accommodate returns/exchanges/ cancellations. Many of our categories of products are customized and would not be able to be retrieved and resold. Earrings are also final sale. Please be sure to confirm that your selections are correct and that you are satisfied with the description and look of the item(s). However, your satisfaction is our main goal and we want you to be happy with our products. Please email us at bridesandsocials@gmail.com with your concerns and we will review and resolve as quickly as we can.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Customized products, including curated gift boxes and all wall art cannot be cancelled. Both customization and wall art orders go immediately into production and cannot be cancelled. We hope that you will be happy with your selection but please email us as soon as you become aware that you need to cancel and we will do our best to stop production on your order. Once an order is in production, it cannot be cancelled. We will notify you via reply email whether or not the cancellation was successful.
  • What are your hours?
    Our fully user friendly online website allows us to cater to your gifting / shopping needs 24/7. Our email response time is between 12 - 24 hours.

About Us

Hi! We are thrilled you're here.  This website has been a long time coming for us!  We are a creative graphic design team that started on this journey of digital design 12 years ago.  Our portfolio consists of invitations (including weddings), all over print (AOP) apparel and we entered the wall art arena about 5 years ago. 

 

Our love for working with our hands and letting creativity be our guide lead us to the gift box space.  What started as a trial experience quickly turned into something we now can't live without.  Gift boxes offer a timeless and very personal element and carries so much meaning behind them.   Gift boxes represent moments in life to honor, celebrate, uplift, support and reach out in a visual, thoughtful way.  They are a cornerstone of individuality.   

 

We started Brides & Socials to continue on our journey of living our truest passion.  We've assembled all of our favorite elements together into one BIG "gift box" and have crafted a website we hope you will enjoy and find super resourceful.
